These are the possible causes of your buffering issues
You are losing a great deal of bandwidth to the server
This means you are most likely living too far away from the server and/or the CDN. There is not a lot we can do about this other then you transcoding.
You are experiencing peering issues!
Try to enable CDN. You can do this from your dashboard and clicking "Enable CDN". Please do read the "What is CDN?" first.
There might be an issue with the bandwidth on the servers
Plese get in touch with us by opening a ticket
It seems your CDN is not very effective...
You should confirm that your CDN is actually configured properly.
To test this: Download a file from the server, in the browser download tab, note the URL the file is downloading from. It should be xxxxx.elysium.to
If this is not the case, try to re-install the CDN.
If you are still experiencing buffering after this, please create a ticket.
